Set-up and Dismantling Passes

No separate passes are required for set-up and dismantling.

The legitimacy for the set-up and dismantling time is provided by the stand allocation.

Increase your visibility

Visitors can already see in the parking lot that you are there and in the entrance area where your stand is located and then navigate directly to you. Increased visibility on the exhibition grounds can lead to more leads.

Draw visitors to your stand with the attention of attractive advertising space.

Hotel Bookings

As an exhibitor at netze:ON 2025, you will benefit from improved hotel conditions and special cancellation deadlines. You can find an overview here.

To benefit from the special conditions, please always book directly via our hotel portal .

Our Hotel Reservation Team will be happy to assist you with your booking and answer any questions you may have about the hotels (Tel. 0341 678-6860 / e-mail: hotelreservation@leipziger-messe.de ).

Invite your customers

With the stand allocation you have received an individual promotion code for your company. You can use this code to invite your customers to visit the trade fair free of charge at no extra cost.

You will not be billed for the redeemed tickets after the trade fair, as they are already included in the communication fee.

Please inform the recipients of the promotional codes that they can only be redeemed online via the online ticket store at https://www.netze-on.de/tickets . These are free day tickets that only entitle the holder to access during regular opening hours for visitors. The ticket store opens on August 04, 2025.

Online Ordering System

Here , you can access the online ordering system to quickly and easily book our services. These include:

  • Stand construction/furnishings
  • Technical services such as installation of electricity/water
  • Publishing services
  • Free client invitations (print or as a code)
  • Exhibitor passes (free and for purchase)
  • Parking facilities
  • Stand cleaning and much more

In your stand assignment, which you will receive from us by e-mail, you will also find the user name for your customer account. If you do not have your password from previous events or if you are attending netze:ON for the first time, please request it directly on the online ordering system page by clicking on the "Forgotten password (request)?" button.

NOTE: For technical reasons, the password will be sent to the company e-mail address stated in your stand allocation.

After entering your password, you will be asked to change it. Please remember the new password for your further activities in the online ordering system .

Please make all technical orders and permit applications as soon as possible.

From four weeks before the start of the event (26.08.2025), a late booking surcharge of 15 % will be levied on selected services.

Mandatory Entry in the Exhibitor Directory and Other Publishing Services

Please check here in particular the details of your mandatory entry:

  • Entry in the alphabetical list of exhibitors Messeguide with company + hall/stand
  • Online list of exhibitors:
  • Entry in the alphabetical list of exhibitors with company name, address, e-mail, internet, mood picture, social media links
  • 1 entry in the online product directory
  • 1 product online with 1000 characters and 5 images, product video, PDF upload, direct link to a product in the exhibitor's webshop
  • Contact person with contact details + picture

Caution with unofficial exhibitor directories

A digital product and exhibitor world including company profiles, product presentations, exhibitor directory and hall plan will be created for netze:ON. Leipziger Messe GmbH would like to point out that exhibitors are repeatedly contacted by unauthorized companies to ask them to update their data for an entry in trade fair media. However, these entries are not free of charge, as the offer suggests, but can actually cost several thousand euros.

Leipziger Messe GmbH has commissioned the following publishing house to create the digital product and exhibitor world, including company profiles, product presentations, the exhibitor directory and the hall plan:
